At Element, we are deeply committed to building relationships and encouraging growth with our middle school and high school students!

All middle school and high school students are invited to attend the weekly gatherings as active participants in our community. Students who consider themselves “owners” of Element will also be invited to serve on a monthly rotation in different capacities of leadership and ownership during the gatherings.

Following the gatherings, middle and high school students are invited to attend our “youth corner” time, which is an opportunity to discuss what they are learning, build community, and pray together.

Middle school and high school students are also invited to attend our monthly Youth Lunches, which are held directly following the gathering on the first Sunday of every month, from 11:30 - 1:30 pm. These lunches are filled with fun, games, teaching, discussion, and care.

We also host an annual youth retreat for our middle and high school students which is the highlight of our year together!
